Eligible returns are in pristine, unopened condition and requested within 10 days from the date of purchase

What is your Returns Policy?

We are unable to accept returns for any product that has been opened and/or used due to health and hygiene.

If you have not opened and/or used the item, you have 10 days from the date of purchase to start a return.
We accept returns on purchases, provided they are in pristine condition.
This means products must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • Seals are intact.

Please note customers returning an item will be responsible for covering postage fees and assume any risks associated with loss, theft or damage to goods during transit.

Exchange Policy

Please note, we don’t offer exchanges.

You will need to place a new order and return your original, unopened, unused product for a refund. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.

Canceling an Order

You can cancel orders within a brief 10-minute window after submission.

To do this, visit “My Account” > “Orders” when logged into your shopping account. If the option to Cancel isn’t visible, changes cannot be made even if the order hasn’t shipped.

Before submitting your order, please carefully review all order details at checkout to confirm accuracy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review all information during checkout prior to submitting an order to avoid this from happening.

We advise you to please reroute your package through the carrier’s tracking page once shipped, usually in 1-3 business days after an order is submitted.

Instructions on how to do this vary for each carrier.
Reroute options are only available online and are not available by calling the shipping company directly.

For any order with an incorrect address, we recommend checking your tracking information daily using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Refund Policy FAQ's

Can I return a product if I no longer want it?

We want all of our customers to enjoy their products, so if you are unsure of what you are ordering, we strongly advise seeking assistance from us prior to making a purchase.

If you no longer want the item you received, you may request a return, please note, returned items MUST be  in pristine condition.

This means they’re unopened, unused and any seals are intact.

Can I return a product if it is damaged?

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 of receipt – we will resolve this for you on a case-by-case basis.
Please make sure you have photographic or video evidence to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.

Can I return a product if I had a allergic reaction?

If you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please submit the return form.
Uploading any medical documentation along with any photographic or video evidence to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.

Allergic reactions are handled on a case by case basis.

How do I begin a return?

If you are a current client of Pure Skin Pro Studio, please contact your esthetician for assistance.

All other customers can begin their return HERE

What happens once I return an item?

Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.

We will send you an email to notify you when to expect your refund.

If you don’t receive your refund and it’s been 10 working days since you received our email, then you’ll need to contact Customer Service.
