Delivery methods include shipping, available to the United States and local pickup at our salon.
Salon pickup time availability varies, we advise scheduling a product pickup time by contacting us or via our online scheduling system to ensure someone will be available (not with a client) to provide you with your purchase.
Due to the nature of our business, walk-in customers are welcome on specific days and during various events only.
Delivery Methods Information
Local Pickup
Customers opting for local pickup should take note of the following guidelines:
- Orders will be process within 1-3 business days.
- Local pickup service is presently offered only on weekdays (Tuesday to Friday), excluding holidays, during business hours.
- In certain cases, we may accommodate earlier or later pickups with prior notification. If you prefer an alternative pickup time, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
- Once the order is ready for pickup, customers will be notified via text and/or email. However, if you wish to pick up your order before the notification, please feel free to contact us in advance to ensure that your order is ready upon your arrival.
There is no fee associated with “local pickup”.
Flat Rate Shipping
Typically, all orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days starting from the day the order is placed.
However, during periods of high demand, it may take 3-5 business days for orders to be shipped. Please note that order processing and shipping occur on regular business days from Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays.
If an order is placed over the weekend, it will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-72 hours of being placed.
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday.
We and our dropshipping partners are following all the recommended guidelines from state and local authorities regarding COVID-19.
Domestic Delivery Time
Orders shipped to the U.S. can be expected within 3-5 business days. Please note shipping does not include weekends and holidays. Pure Skin Pro is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
We do not ship packages internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience.

United States Postal Service (USPS)
USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS.
DOT restricted
DOT restricted including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via Standard Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation. These items cannot ship via Expedited Shipping or Overnight.
Freight Forwarders
Pure Skin Pro doesn’t ship to freight forwarders or addresses outside the United States. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping to a freight forwarder.
Refused Packages
A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.
In accordance with U.S. federal holidays, there may be delays to your order on the following days:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
Shipping Checkout Errors
If, during the checkout process you have accidentally placed an incorrect address in the shipping field and have placed your order within the past 2 hours, we ask that you contact us immediately to inquire as to whether we may be able to manually change the shipping address.
If we are unable to assist you, we advise you to please reroute your package through the carrier’s tracking page once shipped, usually in 1-3 business days after an order is submitted.
Instructions on how to do this vary for each carrier.
Reroute options are only available online and are not available by calling the shipping company directly.
For any order with an incorrect address, we recommend checking your tracking information daily using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
